NEW POLICY: Once your registration and classes have been selected and purchased, any and all changes will have a $5.00 fee for each change, prior to September
20, 2022. No changes aft er September 20, 2022. Please make sure you are signing up for the class you really want. Refunds: Payment will be 100% returned for
canceled or sold-out classes. NO-SHOWS are not entitled to any refunds. Transfers to another class are not permitted. Class changes will be permitted with a $5.00
charge, prior to September 20,2022. More classes may be purchased on-site in Class Sales, if available. You may post a class for sale in Class sales area, only if
class is full. Sale not guaranteed. If for some reason you need to cancel your registration and classes, contact Darla Foreman darla@okcpaintingpalooza.com or by
phone 405.203.0991, 7:30am - 4:30pm CST Monday - Friday. To receive a refund, cancellation must be made before September 20, 2022. A $50 processing fee will be
retained from your registration for processing your refund. You must agree to these terms and conditions at time of checkout.

Choice of Soup *New *, Sandwich or Salad each day you wish to
participate. *Food pictured may not necessarily depict actual food served.

Boxed Lunch: $17
Sandwich: Select from Honey Ham & Cheese, Smoked Turkey
& Cheese, or Chicken Salad Sandwich. Lunch comes with lettuce,
tomato, pickle spear, chips and dessert. Bottled water or soft drink
are included.
